Dr. Chelsey Nolasco | Owner and Optometrist

Dr. Chelsey Nolasco is the owner and optometrist of Evergreen Optometry. Her background includes active duty Air Force service, active Air Force Reserves service, ophthalmology group practice care, private practice optometry and entrepreneurship. She graduated from Southern California College of Optometry in 2011, and specializes in contact lenses, diabetic eyecare, glaucoma and pediatrics along with routine primary eyecare. Dr. Nolasco is known by her patients for her easy going demeanor and bright smile, and often hears from patients that her eye exam is the best and most thorough exam they have ever had. Dr. Nolasco cares for each and every one of her patients and creates an eye exam experience that is tailored to the patient’s custom needs.

Hannah Lasley | Practice Manager

Hannah started in the optometry field in 2016 and quickly fell in love with all aspects of the optometric field. Hannah has skills and experience that range from support in patient care to optical knowledge to practice management. She has been an office manager for Dr. Nolasco since 2017 and loves to serve our patients and staff.  Hannah helps to provide a welcoming environment for our practice and expert knowledge to help our patients.

Hector Gonzalez | Optician

Hector Gonzalez is an optician at Evergreen Optometry. Hector graduated with a B.S. in Molecular Biology from the University of Denver in 2021. He shows a true passion for making every encounter worthwhile and memorable. Hector is very excited to help every patient achieve their visual goals and feel confident in doing so.

Shantae Reed | Technician

Shantae is an optometric technician and loves helping patients and gaining new knowledge and skills in the eye field. She currently studies criminal justice and has an interest in forensics. Shantae plays competitive rugby and enjoys it very much! Shantae has a very kind and caring demeanor with excellent clinical skills and she is a wonderful addition to our team!
