Getting an Optomap image is fast, painless, and comfortable. Nothing touches your eye at any time – during the exam, you simply look into the device one eye at a time (like looking through a keyhole), and you will see a flash of light to let you know the image of your retina has been taken. The image capture takes less than a half-second, and they are available immediately for you to see your retina.

For vision plans that are out of network, we will provide you with an itemized receipt for you to file an out of network claim with your insurance carrier, to reimburse you for the service amounts covered in your plan. Our membership cannot be combined with in network vision insurance benefits, but can be combined with medical insurance benefits and any out of network vision plans!
